Good morning,

When you think of Prince Harry and Adam Grant, the two don’t seem like they have much in common. But as it turns out, the royal and the organizational psychologist share the same views on one particular issue: mental health.

In a video for San Francisco-based leadership coaching company BetterUp, which Harry joined last year as chief impact officer, the Duke of Sussex sat down with Grant and snowboarding Olympian Chloe Kim to discuss ways to build and maintain mental resilience.
