Good morning,

Gallup recently surveyed workers about their level of stress at work, and found that the highest rates of workplace stress ever recorded wasn’t during the early days of the pandemic. It was June of this year. The cumulative stress of the last two years, rising inflation, and continued uncertainty at work mean more people than ever have lost their professional mojo. 

What's the cure? Experts have offered plenty of exercises and suggestions, but ultimately what works for one person may not work for others. That’s why Joe Bathelt, a neuroscientist and lecturer of psychology at the University of London, recommends reading your way out of the slump.
