The Great Regret

Good morning,

When management professor Anthony Klotz coined the term the "Great Resignation" in May 2021, he unleashed a tsunami of think pieces on the workplace trend of employees quitting their jobs. Though lately, new studies are showing that enough people have acted on the impulse–and then had second thoughts. The Great Resignation may be turning into "the Great Regret,” as employees heavily regret quitting their gigs now that a recession is looming.

Read on for details on why many employees are wishing they hadn’t jumped ship so soon, and how business owners can take advantage of it.
